  3. Cancellations. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Hotel. Less than 30 days notice 50% of payment will be withheld. Less than 14 days notice – no refund.
  4. Final numbers are required 7 days prior to your function.

The hotel reserves the right to move the function to another area of the hotel of equal suitability. Watsons Bay Hotel management are the sole arbitrators of weather conditions in regard to your booking.
